Shipping Policy

At Nuvano, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 working days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs or courier delays during peak periods.

3. Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping for order over R699 and a small fee of R80 for orders under R699. All prices on our store include VAT and duties, so no additional charges will apply upon delivery.

4. Delivery Method
Orders are delivered directly to your doorstep. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

6. Delays
While we always aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (such as customs or courier issues) may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

7. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@nuvano.co.za and we’ll assist in locating it.
