Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Nuvano. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, and custom orders are not eligible for return.
3. Process for Returns
To start a return, please email info@nuvano.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
